1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TrackMyOrders (the “Service”), operated by Synfinity Dynamics Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

TrackMyOrders is a multi-marketplace order management and tracking tool for sellers. It helps you upload, organize, filter, update, and export order, return, and payment data across platforms such as Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, and other marketplaces we may add. Features may include multi-firm dashboards, manual entry, Excel uploads, reports, complaint message helpers, and related tools.

3. No marketplace affiliation

TrackMyOrders is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, or any other third-party marketplace unless we state otherwise in writing. Marketplace names are used only to describe seller workflows and file formats the Service supports. Your relationship with each marketplace remains solely between you and that platform.

4. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for accurate registration details and for keeping login credentials confidential.
  • Account approval, suspension, or termination may occur if we detect misuse, unpaid obligations, or violation of these Terms.

5. Your data & responsibilities

  • You retain ownership of order and business data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
  • You must only upload data you have the right to use (including reports exported from Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, or other platforms).
  • You must not upload malware, scrape the Service abusively, attempt unauthorized access, or use TrackMyOrders for unlawful activity.
  • You are responsible for verifying critical order, payment, and return decisions against marketplace source systems.

6. Pricing & credits

The Service uses a pay-per-order / credit model as described on our Pricing page. Recharges, per-order rates, launch offers, and unused credit rules may change with notice on the site. Fees already paid for consumed tracking credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including support for a given marketplace format) with reasonable effort to notify users of material changes.

8. Intellectual property

TrackMyOrders branding, software, UI, and documentation are owned by Synfinity Dynamics Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law or written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that marketplace syncs, uploads, status mappings, complaint templates, or reports will be error-free or match third-party marketplace records in every case.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synfinity Dynamics Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from marketplace actions, courier delays, incorrect uploaded files, or decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synfinity Dynamics Pvt Ltd from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your uploaded data, or your violation of marketplace terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
