TrackMyOrders (“Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Synfinity Dynamics Pvt Ltd. The Service helps marketplace sellers organize, track, and manage orders, returns, and payments across platforms such as Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, and other marketplaces we may support.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use TrackMyOrders (website, dashboard, and related apps), how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

3. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, password (stored securely), firm/business details, and billing or recharge information needed to run your account.
• Order & marketplace data you upload: order IDs, sub-order numbers, AWB/tracking IDs, SKUs, prices, quantities, statuses, return and payment details, and similar fields from reports or templates for Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, and other supported platforms. We process this data only to provide tracking and reporting features you request.
• Usage & technical data: device/browser type, IP address, login times, and basic product analytics to keep the Service secure and reliable.
• Support data: messages you send to info.trackmyorders@gmail.com or through in-app issue reports.

4. How we use your information

• Provide multi-marketplace order tracking and firm dashboards
• Process uploads, exports, filters, and status updates
• Manage credits, recharges, and account access
• Respond to support requests and improve the product
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your marketplace order files for advertising to third parties.

5. Marketplace platforms (important)

TrackMyOrders is an independent tool for sellers. Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, and any other named marketplaces are third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of those companies unless we expressly say otherwise. Their brands and names are used only to describe compatibility with seller workflows (for example, uploading platform reports or templates).

Data you obtain from those marketplaces remains subject to each platform’s own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for uploading only data you are allowed to process.

6. Sharing

We may share information only with:

• Service providers who help us host, secure, or operate TrackMyOrders (under confidentiality obligations)
• Payment or recharge processors, as needed to complete a transaction
• Authorities when required by law
• A successor entity if Synfinity Dynamics Pvt Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where required)

7. Retention & security

We retain account and order data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

• Update or correct account and firm details in the Service
• Request deletion of your account by contacting us
• Stop uploading marketplace reports at any time

9. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of TrackMyOrders after changes means you accept the updated policy.
